Sales Training
The sales training is comprised of:

  • Five (5) Residential Sales Consultant classes each year.
    • Two week class focused on technical and sales to better empower the RSC for success in their area.
  • Two (2) Commercial Account Manager classes yearly.
    • Two week class focused on technical and sales to better empower the RSC for success in their region.
  • Two (2) different sales programs provided for General Managers twice a year, totaling 4.5 training days, focusing on sales culture and day-to-day sales leadership.

Technical Training
The technical training for technicians contains:

  • Heating and cooling system tune-up procedural training biannually
  • Heat exchanger and CO inspection in the fall
  • Technical communication and ‘build-a-tech’ semiannually
  • Continuous NATE certification and specialty courses as required

Service Experts Heating and Air Conditioning is investing in further training through the roll out of a Learning Management System, to drive assigned and ad hoc curriculum to better train our technical personnel.

Miscellaneous Training

  • Biannually, conduct Operational Excellence for General Managers, to provide support, tools, and framework for operating a business from the P&L aspect.

Customer Service Specialist

  • Three (3) times annually, participate in outbound calling with a one (1) day course. In this course we study HVAC basics, what makes people invest, calling skills, scripts, customer buying signals, and mastering customer complaints.

Dispatcher

  • No formal training provided. On the job training provided by the General Manager and appropriate staff at center level.
